DEXTROSE is a rapidly metabolized source of energy which will rapidly replenish glycogen levels, making it the ideal post-workout supplement. This high glycemic index (GI) of Dextrose, will cause a rapid spike in your insulin levels, driving nutrients into your cells and aiding in efficient recovery and muscle growth after training.

WHO SHOULD USE IT

If you are looking to rapidly increase muscle recovery after training as well as increase muscle growth, Dextrose is essential. This product is suitable for both men and women.

As a dietary supplement, mix 3 level scoops (approx. 50g) with a desired amount of cold water, flavoured drink or combine with your favourite NPL product. Consume directly after training to trigger an insulin spike that will quickly enable nutrients to move into the muscle cells. Best used in conjunction with NPL’s Platinum Whey, BCAA 10:1:1 and/or Creatine Monohydrate, directly after training.
